Meta’s Instagram and WhatsApp social channels operate at massive scale, where community engagement, brand voice, and creator-led content all shape public perception in real time. The work required balancing cultural relevance, clarity, and responsiveness — while maintaining consistency across fast-moving conversations and platform trends.
My Role
I supported social and community strategy across both accounts, helping manage audience engagement and brand voice at scale. I also coordinated creator collaborations — including creator outreach, content briefs, and internal alignment — to support creator-led activations that felt native to the platform and aligned with brand priorities.
